Very good location in the centre and connections by public transport with any part of the city. There’s also a Spar almost next door. The apartment is spacious but with very basic equipment, although fine for a short stay.

I went to Graz to visit the hometown of my granny. It was a wonderful journey. Altough I was surprised of the kindness of Varvara and her family who showed me the room. I would go there again for my next visit 😉

Good position and very nice flat! Anna and Varvara are very kind and available for your needs. The only aspect i didn’t like so much it was the sharing of the washing machine with other apartments, but apart of this i strongly advice you to rent this flat!
